Let’s try this,
see if we get anywhere,
in our lives,
in our souls,
We strive for one thing,
to be loved,
we all need it,
but it is not easy to get,
One must work hard,
to achieve this
emotion,
that we all have inside,
So let’s all do our best,
to love,
so we all feel loved,
and are not alone.
When nothing but darkness,
lives in the soul,
it is hard to see,
the light,
But there is a spark,
of hope left,
deep within,
the blackness,
If we can see,
a ray of hope,
then we are saved,
and pain is over,
The relief that comes,
after it goes away,
is spectacular,
too brilliant,
We must survive,
must live on,
so we can experience,
true beauty.
Wish it would all go back,
when we were friends,
and skip these days,
of the present,
This feeling,
of anxiousness,
torment and despair,
leaves a hole in my heart,
It tears us apart,
this feeling inside,
why?
why can’t we go back?
To when everything was great,
when we were close,
it makes me sad,
that things are different,
Please…
let us go back.
Love is not perfect,
it tears and scratches away,
at your heart,
until nothing is left,
It hurts,
but that means,
that it’s human,
to love,
It brings out,
beauty in the world,
but it can also,
destroy,
Love can be beautiful,
painful even,
but that is life,
that is human,
Love will cut
and rip us apart.
Today it will happen,
when the doors,
of hell open,
we will all freeze,
There is no stopping,
this powerful evil,
that is in our hearts,
and in hell,
It will escape,
form a creature,
called a demon,
of pure blackness,
This blackness,
will seep out,
of every pore,
of our being,
We can’t resist it,
but we always try,
and fail horribly,
to the bleak black.
The toll that is upon us,
is greater than anything,
we have ever seen,
in this lifetime,
We must break free,
of all the hatred,
despair and loathing,
to regain the light,
As the light shines,
through the clouds,
the rays warm,
the faces of the fallen,
There must be a way,
to give it our all,
and battle,
until we have won,
This is justice,
this is love,
when the war,
has finally ended.
It’s where it all begins,
every story, every poem,
even a piece of art,
it all starts on a blank page,
The way it looks before,
completely white,
or with lines and colors,
changes after the story is told,
It becomes a permanent,
page full of reminders,
that will be forever,
engraved there,
Once written,
it can never go back,
to the blank page,
it once was.
There are times,
when I just want to fade away,
back to dust,
where it all started,
But you must keep going,
it is the human nature,
to give up and die,
or hope and move on,
There’s something in the air,
that will burst any second,
like that bubble,
deep within your chest,
If one thinks of nothing,
but darkness,
then they become darkness,
and not the light,
So we must hope,
and move on,
it is in our nature,
to keep on living.
There’s something,
called love,
and then,
there’s the opposite,
The hurt,
the pure wretched anguish,
that pierces the heart,
and destroys hope,
When will it end?
the hatred and sadness,
that lives in the soul,
and in the mind,
We must face it,
our fate in this world,
we must overcome,
the negative emotions,
We can’t always get,
what we want,
but we can just,
be who we are
Your smile,
is like the sun,
it shines so bright,
and warms my heart,
A smile goes a long way,
it makes others happy,
and that is what,
makes a happy world,
Please do not frown,
it is despair,
and we don’t want that,
so smile,
Go on,
brighten the room,
your smile does that,
that is why I love,
your smile.
