Time slowly passes,

As I wait for something,

Just anything,

To take me away,

Please just say it,

And I will follow,

Someone will come,

This I know,

When you call,

I will try to answer,

If my tongue will allow it,

Because I am choking,

These words won’t escape,

My eager mouth,

Because it is closing,

Just like your heart,
